1.What details are required for a quotation?

We'd like to know the detailed specifications(basis weight, composition, how many pcs/bag, etc) of the wipes you need.

2.Can I make changes before l ship?
Our products are manufactured as required by customers, and all products will be produced and packed before shipping, so we couldn't make changes right before shipping.

3.What are the shipping options?
We can arrange transportation by sea, by air, or by rail. Shanghai or Ningbo port is only 1.5 hours away from our factory, so we have a big advantage on sea shipping.

4.What do I do if I received defective product ?
First of all, please provide photos and videos of the defective product, which makes it easier for us to find out the cause of
defection. Secondly, we will check with the production department and If it's our problem, we will make replenishment or
compensation accordingly.

5.Can I have samples before my order?
Yes, we can make samples before mass production, we can send you photos and videos of the products, and we can also send the samples if needed.

6.What's the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is one ton per color, depending on the basis weight, the size, and the number of pieces per package or roll. You can ask our sales manager to ask about the number of packs or rolls.
