2Can I make changes before l ship?
Our products are manufactured as required by customers, and all products will be produced and packed before shipping, so we couldn't make changes right before shipping.

3What are the shipping options?
We can arrange transportation by sea, by air, or by rail. Shanghai or Ningbo port is only 1.5 hours away from our factory, so we have a big advantage on sea shipping.

4What do I do if I received defective product ?
First of all, please provide photos and videos of the defective product, which makes it easier for us to find out the cause of
defection. Secondly, we will check with the production department and If it's our problem, we will make replenishment or
compensation accordingly.

5Can I have samples before my order?
